Jacob’s work experience at the Potshot Resort in Exmouth turned into an offer of part-time employment which led to an apprenticeship in commercial cookery. Jacob gains experience working with chefs from all parts of the world and strongly recommends prospective apprentices do some work experience to get a taste of what the job may hold”.
