Roberto left school at an early age and wanted to get a feel for a trade before committing to an apprenticeship. After completing a pre-apprenticeship at TAFE, Roberto started as an apprentice bricklayer, a move that has really taken him places. He was selected to represent Western Australia at the national WorldSkills competition in Sydney.
