“What I enjoyed most about my apprenticeship was that you get to work close with other people, doing something you enjoy.”

 

Royston became a chef because he really loves food. He decided to become an apprentice after completing his TEE. As part of the apprenticeship, Royston attended TAFE one day a week. He found the mix of study and work a really effective way of building knowledge.
