Training the trainer

A free set of skills is available from the nationally recognised Certificate IV in Training and Assessment for employers and supervisors of apprentices/trainees across all industry areas.

The set of skills has been specifically selected to help employers and supervisors build and improve training skills so they can provide apprentices/trainees with a quality training experience.

It covers 105 hours of training and is free of unit and resource fees.  Flexible delivery is available, however additional charges may apply if the employer or supervisor requests a customised program outside normal hours.

The training is being delivered through selected registered training organisations.

How to enrol

  1. Select a registered training organisation and contact them directly to discuss the training program offered and determine if it’s right for you.
  2. Complete the registration form and take it to your selected registered training organisation to enrol.
