Travel and accommodation allowances

Travel and accommodation claims

For a limited time only, apprentices and trainees may be eligible to back claim for travel during this financial year. Back claims must be received by 30 June 2009 — so be quick and apply today!

Apprentices and trainees may be eligible for a travel and accommodation allowance if they are required to travel more than a 70 kms roundtrip to do their training.

From 1 July 2009 you have 60 days from completing your training to claim your allowance.

Applying for your travel and accommodation allowance is simple.

• Check your eligibility and travel and accommodation rates.
• Complete the application form and check list.
• Send your claim to your local ApprentiCentre.
