The Department of Training and Workforce Development's ApprentiCentre registers training contracts and gives advice and support to employers, apprentices, trainees and parents/guardians through every stage of the apprenticeship or traineeship process.  ApprentiCentre has staff who can help with all aspects of apprenticeships and traineeships including:

• your rights and obligations
• training options
• problem solving, counselling and help with disputes
• managing contracts including registering, changing and suspending contracts
• issuing trade certificates on the completion of apprenticeships
• traineeships for existing workers
• advertising vacancies on Jobsboard
• out of contract apprentices/trainees
• skilled apprenticeship availability list.
