What is an OQU Assessment?

The Overseas Qualifications Unit uses Country Education Profiles developed by AEI-NOOSR (Australian Education International-National Office of Overseas Skills Recognition) to compare the level of studies undertaken overseas with the Australian Qualification Framework (AQF) level of studies. Our assessments are for general purposes and may assist you with your application for further studies and/or employment.

Our assessments do not compare qualifications by subject or study area or competency standards (e.g. we cannot say if a student with an overseas Diploma in Hospitality will be as competent as one with an Australian Diploma).
