Can I apply?
You can apply if you are:
- An Australian, New Zealand citizen or a permanent* resident of Australia and currently residing in Western Australia.
*Permanent residents (including 309, 310, secondary 457, 785, 820 and 826 visa holders). - A temporary resident who has permission to work or study in Western Australia and currently residing in Western Australia.
