How to enter 

1. Download an application kit from this website or contact the awards coordinator to get one sent to you.
    
2. Carefully read the conditions of entry for your category and make sure you meet the eligibility criteria.
    
3. Read the evidence guide.
    
4. Address each selection criteria for your category.
    
5. Keep within the page limits of you category.
    
6. Fill out the application form, indicating clearly what category you are applying for. Allow sufficient time to get the relevant referee signature/s.
    
7. Post or deliver five copies of your application to the WA Training Awards Coordinator. 

We must receive your application by the deadline of 5.00pm on Friday, 22 May 2009.
