Recognition of Prior Learning can help your staff gain formal recognition for the skills and knowledge they may already have.
Recognition of Prior Learning is an assessment process that assesses the skills and knowledge your staff may have obtained through their work experience, studies and life experiences. The assessment process determines the extent to which the employee has achieved the required competencies of a qualification. Recognition of Prior Learning can be granted for partial or total completion of a qualification.
Employees may be assessed at the workplace ensuring minimum disruption for employers and business operations.
